The meeting was called to order by President Diana Fliss. We discussed Mn West’s Winter Carnival and thought maybe the Chamber could do something in conjunction with their activity. The contact person is Amy Nemitz.
We discussed the Ice Golf and Polar Bear Plunge to be held on January 26th at Del Clark. Ron Fjerkenstad is the person in charge and he and Pat will mark the tee boxes and the holes with trees for the ice golf. We will have four holes to golf. The golf will start at noon. There will be a $5.00 charge per car to get into the park for this event. Refreshments will be available on the grounds. The Polar Plunge will take place at 3PM.
We discussed the annual meeting and went over who would be bringing what and it seems that all details are covered. It will be held on January 11th at 6PM at the Bowling Alley and entertainment will be moonlight bowling.

We discussed Hat Daze for 2002. We reviewed progress and we have many great ideas. Some progress is being made on the event.
We also discussed co-sponsoring entertainment at the YMC Fair this year instead of just donating $100.00. We will discuss this in more detail.
Joshua Sumption was present at our meeting. He went over our website contract for 2002. A motion was made by Al Fordyce and seconded by Chris Grussing to renew our web contract with Prairie Hub Web Solutions for 2002. Motion was carried.
