Canby Chamber of Commerce meetingJune 10th, 2003 – Canby VFW
The Canby Chamber of Commerce met at 5:00 PM on June 10th at the Canby VFW with the following board members present: Diana Fliss, Pat Stanley, Derrick Ruether, Jeff Harms, Al Fordyce and Ron Fjerkenstad. Also present were Ellie Beman, Gwen Dinius, Joyce Olson-Baer, Mike Baer, John Thelen and Loren Hacker.
Diana called the meeting to order and read the secretary’s report. Diana presented the treasurer’s report.
An update was given on the magnetic signs and proof copies were shared.

A motion was made and seconded to pay the bills. The motion passed unanimously.
Hat Daze was discussed and details finalized.
Our next regular meeting will be July 8th at the DeToy’s at 5:00 PM.
