Canby Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting January 23rd, 2004
The annual meeting of the Canby Chamber of Commerce met at 6 PM on January 23rd with the following individuals present: Diana Fliss, Pat Stanley, Don Beman, Loren Hacker, Ron Fjerkenstad, Kelli Palmquist, Pete Schmitz and Derrick & Ruether.
The minutes from the February 2003 annual meeting were read.
The financial report was presented by Chair Fliss. A comparison of actual to budget was provided and reviewed.
A listing of the 2003 paid chamber members was presented along with a listing of activities for the year.
A new member appointed to the board was Kelli Palmquist.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. |
